Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Damaged items: Upon receiving a damaged item – DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damages and all relevant details. NOTE: we may request pictures of the package, the packaging material, the product, and/or the shipping label. Please have these ready if requested.
Incorrect Product: In the event that you receive a product that does not fit your application or does not match the description of the product you ordered, there are steps we may take to resolve this for you. If you purchased or received the incorrect product, please call 717.626.3330 or email email@example.com for further info. Please have all relevant information on hand when you call.
Warranty Items: If a product is found to be defective it may be considered for a warranty return. These are handled outside of the normal Returns Cases and may be held open for an extended length of time. Warranty Returns are subject to a prolonged inspection, not only by our certified service center, but also the manufacturer as well. To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return. Bomberger’s Store may provide you with a return shipping label if your return qualifies for free return shipping. If you were provided a return label by a support representative but your item does not qualify for free return shipping, the total cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Electrical Products – Some electrical products sold on this website cannot be returned. For more information on whether or not the product you received falls under this category contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Used Products – Bomberger’s Store may at times sell non-new, previously used products on our online store. These items are sold as-is, are not covered under any warranty, and cannot be returned.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns not deemed to be due to defect, warranty or other mistake by the Company.
- Bomberger’s Store may, at its own discretion, choose to change or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be accompanied by an updated last change date preceding this policy.
