RETURN POLICY

In-Stock items
In-Stock merchandise can be returned within 90 days from original purchase date with original receipt, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original re-sellable packaging. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment as per store policy. Returns will not be accepted without a receipt unless the transaction can be found via the Ace rewards system. Returns of purchases from other Ace stores may be accepted with a receipt and if the item is active in our store. These will be refunded with store credit.
Special order (non-stock) items
Special order merchandise can be returned within 30 days from original purchase date with original receipt, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original re-sellable packaging. Special order returns will be assessed with a 50% restocking fee.
Exceptions of items that may not be returned; Gift cards, tinted paint, in-stock carpet, clearance items, Power equipment electrical parts, installation, delivery, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective items
Defective items may be returned or replaced within 90 days or in compliance with manufacturers return/warranty policy. Bombergers reserves the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer.
